They were mainly focused on how to improve your communication skills and how to manage them in tough environments / situations.
Barbara was really able to set up the training in a very customized way, adapting it to the needs’ attendants. Barbara’s training animation was always very effective and well balanced between theory and “real-life” aspects.
They were really satisfying experiences with several role-plays “how to learn-by-doing / practicing” oriented.
